Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. She was just 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped her gymnastics. At the age of 17 she was awarded her Pro Card one year later. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel was able to take six years off the show to pursue her education at college. She came back in 2015 and picked up the point where she had left competing in top competitions including The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. When she won her first competition She continued to compete for several years, setting goals for herself. In 2009, four more fitness titles were added to her collection. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken an absence of six years from competitive sports following her professional card's issuance to finish her college education. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the show, she finished third. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she had no expectations. The athlete was satisfied with her placement. She was up against the very best. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with a machine, as well as bent-over rows. Ariel will warm-up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel also Ariel likes to use her time as efficiently as possible. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
