Ann was discovered through her performance in the Vogue Magazine Fashion Show by Gloria Schiff. In just a couple of weeks the editor-in-chief Diana Vreeland commissioned Ann to shoot her first Vogue Cover with photographer Richard Avedon. Ann later became one of the top models across the country, appearing on cover images for some of the largest magazines for fashion. They included Vogue Bazaar as well Cosmopolitan. Two years later, Ann was able to enter the world market performing well for a number of companies in Europe and Japan as the face of major cosmetic brands like Max Factor Revlon and Chanel.
