Stella Maeve is an American actor who is most well-known for her amazing portrayal of the character of Julia Wicker in the TV series The Magicians . Maeve hails from New York. She is a part Blackfoot and part Cherokee. Her first appearance on the big screen with Liminality (2005 the short-film). Also, she made her big screen debut in 2005 with the critically acclaimed drama Transamerica. The the same year, her debut television appearance was in a Season Four episode of Law & Order Criminal Intent. Nadia Decotis was her role in Dick Wolf's Chicago franchise Chicago P.D. .
